Michael J. McGlinn
Chairman & CEO
Michael J. McGlinn earned his undergraduate business degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to joining the McGlinn Capital Management team in 1980, he was employed by Ernst & Whinney as a Senior Accountant and CPA.
Timothy J. Timura
President
Timothy J. Timura earned his BA in Liberal Arts/Economics at Dickinson College and MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Lehigh University. Tim has served as Senior Manager of Equities for the $35 billion State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio. He has also held various portfolio management positions with Federated Investors, Inc., Pilgrim Baxter & Associates, and Invista Capital Management before joining McGlinn. Tim has more than 20 years of experience in the investment field.

John P. Weaver
Executive Vice President
John P. Weaver received his undergraduate degree from Kenyon College. J.P. is a Chartered Financial Analyst with 21 years of experience as a money manger. Prior to joining McGlinn Capital Management in 2001, he was a portfolio manager for seven years at Evergreen Institutional Asset Management in Charlotte, N.C., where he began as Director of Fixed Income Research and progressed to Managing Director, supervising a staff of 10 professionals and overseeing $7 billion in bond investments.
David L. Greth, Ph.D.
Vice President Quantitative Research
David L. Greth received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Albright College, his MA in Developmental Psychology and Quantitative Methodology from Temple University and his Ph.D. from the Ohio State University, with a primary interest in statistics and research methodology. In addition to his academic credentials, David holds Series 7 and 65 securities licenses, and spent many years providing consultation and quantitative market research to banks, brokerages and retirement programs throughout Ohio. Prior to coming to McGlinn, he was Research Director at Regis Securities and President of Independent Physician Investors, LLC.
